Subscription Cancellation Policy
At The Dental Health Club, we want you to have full control over your subscription.
How to Cancel or Modify Your Subscription:
- Log into your account at thedentalhealthclub.com
- Navigate to "Manage Subscriptions" in your account dashboard
- You can cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time
- Alternatively, email us at drsupersmile@hotmail.com
Cancellation Terms:
- Cancelations must be made at least 2 days before your next scheduled delivery
- Once cancelled, you will not be charged for future deliveries
- You will continue to receive products from any orders already processed
- No cancellation fees apply
Modifications:
- You can change delivery frequency, skip deliveries, or swap products at any time
- Changes must be made at least 2 days before your next scheduled delivery
Refunds:
- Subscription cancellations do not entitle you to refunds for previous deliveries
- Our standard refund policy applies to faulty items (see Refund Policy)
- Unopened items may be eligible for refund within 14 days of delivery
