Subscription Cancellation Policy

At The Dental Health Club, we want you to have full control over your subscription.

How to Cancel or Modify Your Subscription:

  • Log into your account at thedentalhealthclub.com
  • Navigate to "Manage Subscriptions" in your account dashboard
  • You can cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time
  • Alternatively, email us at drsupersmile@hotmail.com

Cancellation Terms:

  • Cancelations must be made at least 2 days before your next scheduled delivery
  • Once cancelled, you will not be charged for future deliveries
  • You will continue to receive products from any orders already processed
  • No cancellation fees apply

Modifications:

  • You can change delivery frequency, skip deliveries, or swap products at any time
  • Changes must be made at least 2 days before your next scheduled delivery

Refunds:

  • Subscription cancellations do not entitle you to refunds for previous deliveries
  • Our standard refund policy applies to faulty items (see Refund Policy)
  • Unopened items may be eligible for refund within 14 days of delivery
