Refund policy

Hygiene & Safety Policy: Due to the nature of oral health products, we cannot accept returns on any items where the protective seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened. This is for the health and safety of all our customers. If an item is faulty (e.g., an electronic toothbrush), please contact us within 14 days for a replacement. All returned items must be in their original, unopened, and resalable condition.
